7-Day Return Policy

At G Moments, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date you receive your watch to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn and unused (no scratches, signs of wear, or strap adjustments)

  • With all tags attached and in its original packaging (watch box, warranty card, manuals)

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gmoments.qa. Returns should be sent to our address in Doha, Qatar.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your watch is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong model, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Watches that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Items without original packaging or missing warranty card/manuals

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Sale items and gift cards


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, please return the original item first, then place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as a cash refund at the time of return, depending on the payment type used.
